General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
Article 1 – Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all transactions concluded on the site https://kokosarang.com operated by Koko Sarang (hereinafter “we” or “Koko Sarang”). They apply to any person (hereinafter “the Customer” or “you”) who places an order via the Site.
Validation of your order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, as they are in force at the time of the order.

Article 3 – Purpose and Scope of Application
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions for the online sale of beauty products and accessories offered by Koko Sarang. They apply to all products offered on the Site, within the limits of available stocks and for any purchase made by payment on delivery.
Article 4 – Order
4.1 Capacity and Acceptance
By placing an order, the Customer declares that they are of legal age (at least 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The order must be made for personal use and cannot be considered a purchase for commercial purposes.
4.2 Order Process
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their order via the Site. Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, confirming receipt of your order. Validation of this order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 5 – Price and Availability
5.1 Pricing
The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams, all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise indicated. They do not include delivery costs, which will be added upon order confirmation.
The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.
5.2 Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. If an ordered item is unavailable, the Customer will be informed by email or telephone and may choose to maintain a partial order or cancel it.
Article 6 – Delivery Terms and Payment on Delivery
6.1 Delivery
The ordered products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination (within a time frame generally communicated at the time of ordering).
A delivery rate per destination city is applied (for example, Rabat: 35 Dhs).
6.2 Reception and Verification
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the conformity of the products (quantities, integrity and absence of damage) before signing the delivery slip. If a defect or non-conformity is found, the Customer must refuse receipt and inform us in writing within 5 days.
6.3 Payment on Delivery
Payment is made exclusively in cash upon delivery. Validation of the order by the Customer implies their commitment to pay the total amount indicated at the time of confirmation.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
7.1 Right of Withdrawal
Given the nature of the products (beauty and accessories), the right of withdrawal may be limited. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the event of a proven defect or non-conformity of the delivered products.
The Customer must report any anomalies or complaints in writing within 7 days of receiving the products. In the event of a legitimate complaint, an exchange or refund may be considered after verification.
Article 8 – Guarantees and Responsibilities
8.1 Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of Moroccan law.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Koko Sarang is committed to providing products that conform to the descriptions on the Site. However, in the event of direct damages related to the purchase, Koko Sarang's liability is limited to the amount of the order. Koko Sarang cannot be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages, to the extent permitted by Moroccan law.
Article 9 – Reservation of Ownership
The products sold remain the property of Koko Sarang until full payment of the price and effective confirmation of delivery by the Customer.
Article 10 – Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data, Koko Sarang undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the Client's personal data.
The information collected when placing an order is used exclusively for processing the order and improving our services.
The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which they can exercise by contacting the following email address: contact@kokosarang.com
Article 11 – Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco, in particular those of Casablanca, shall have sole jurisdiction, unless otherwise required.
Article 12 – Amendments to the T&Cs
Koko Sarang reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time the order is validated. It is the Customer's responsibility to regularly consult the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any possible modifications.
Article 13 – Miscellaneous Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between Koko Sarang and the Customer regarding the purchase of products via the Site, and supersede any prior agreement, written or oral.
13.2 Compensation
The Client agrees to indemnify Koko Sarang, as well as its representatives and partners, in the event of a claim or dispute resulting from a violation of these General Terms and Conditions or any applicable regulations.
